(1) The income and expenditure accounts of the council shall be kept in accordance with the prevailing laws.
(2) The audit of the Council shall be conducted by the Auditor General's department or the auditor appointed by that department.
(3) The Government of Nepal may examine or cause to be examined at any time the documents and other cash documents of the Parishad.
